In this workshop, led by Friends for Mental Health, we will look at how professionals working in school settings can identify signs of depression and anxiety and the importance of early intervention. We’ll also provide you with access to various resources and services, and provide you with basic coping tools for helping students when they’re passing through an acute episode of depression or anxiety.
