Limited Capacity filling up

Compassion Fatigue can be a normal consequence of working in a helping professon. This presentation will focus on the recognition of the symptoms of compassion fatigue and the risks and vulnerabilities involved. We'll also look at various preventative measures, and the development of personal and professional assistive strategies.
