How can we build trusting relationships in education that contribute to success for everyone? Is there one key action or approach that will help students be more successful? More and more research points to the coaching approach as a way to not only build positive, constructive relationships but also contributes significantly to building will, skill, knowledge and capacity. This workshop will explore both the contribution coaching can make to the growth of positive, empowering relationships in our centres and classrooms as well as the ins and outs of coaching.
