The RAC process is often confused and misunderstood. This interactive workshop is designed to help explain this process and to emphasize how it can best meet the needs of each individual RAC candidate.
To do this we will examine:
  • The philosophy behind the development of RAC
  • Meeting the needs (financial, professional, time constraints, etc.) of the individual
  • How the service is adapted to each department’s realities and each candidate’s educational path.
  • How RAC is directly related to industry demands, thereby impacting a person’s potential to advance in their career objectives
  • RAC: a process that responds to the person!
The workshop will demonstrate how RAC recognizes, validates, and certifies individuals in our society, who would otherwise “fall through the cracks” due to their own particular situation.
Can an administrative process designed to Recognize Acquired Competencies be an empathetic process? Join us to find out!
